Openspot

Terms of Service

Last updated 19 September 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and [ชื่อผู้ให้บริการ / Operator legal name] ("Openspot") covering your use of openspot.live. By using the service you accept them.

1. What the service is

Openspot is a tool that lets a provider publish a booking link, lets clients pick a time, and collects a deposit over PromptPay with automated slip checking.

Openspot is not a party to the service agreement between a provider and their client. The engagement itself, the quality of the work, attendance, and any dispute arising from it are strictly between the provider and the client.

2. Provider accounts

You must sign in through LINE or Google and be of legal age to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with, and for activity that happens under it.

You confirm that your shop details, services, prices and PromptPay ID are accurate and genuinely yours.

3. Payments and deposits

This is the important one: Openspot does not receive, hold, or act as an intermediary for your money. The QR code the system generates is the provider’s own PromptPay QR, so the deposit transfers directly from the client to the provider’s account and never passes through an Openspot account.

Because of that, refunds, cancellations and deposit policy are entirely the provider’s responsibility. Providers should state those terms to their clients clearly.

A slot awaiting a deposit is held for 5 minutes, or 24 hours for a slot approved through the consultation flow. If payment does not arrive in that window the slot is released to other clients.

4. Slip verification is automated

Slip checking runs automatically through an external provider and carries the limits inherent to any automated check. A genuine transfer may occasionally fail verification, and a sufficiently well-made forged slip may not be detected.

Openspot does not warrant that verification is correct in every case. For high-value work, providers should confirm the funds actually landed in their account before delivering the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Offer goods or services that are illegal.

Impersonate another person or business.

Collect deposits with no intention of providing the service.

Attempt to breach, probe, or call the system at abnormal rates.

Infringe the rights of others, including using client data beyond what the client would expect.

6. Provider obligations toward client data

When a client books, the provider receives that client’s personal data and is therefore also a data controller, with the corresponding PDPA duties to handle and protect that data appropriately and not to use it beyond the purpose of the booking.

7. Plan limits

The free plan is limited to 15 bookings per month. We may adjust what each plan includes, giving reasonable notice before doing so.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue parts of it, with advance notice where practical.

9. Liability

To the extent the law permits, Openspot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from a dispute between a provider and a client.

These limits do not apply to liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for other users, giving our reasons where we can.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
